Hi, I'm Cody.

Before I opened Studio Rains, I spent a decade building a fashion content business with my wife, Jess. Our brand, Mirror & Thread, has fully financially supported our family since 2019 — we've worked as full-time 50/50 partners ever since. My role has been video production and editing, graphic design, business development, and brand partnership management.

I've shot videos all day at the Nordstrom sale and edited in my hotel room that night to get them live as fast as possible — capturing that first round of affiliate sales. I've edited thousands of fashion videos, stood in lines to buy and return haul orders, broken down mountains of boxes, and yes — I know what a raffia flat is.

I know the ins and outs of the women's fashion niche like no other editor, because I've lived it firsthand.
